On My Way Back

I am posting this catch-up note while waiting for a flight back to the UK. I have been enjoying my first holiday since June 2008, in Eilat by the Red Sea in Israel. It has been a quiet, restful week.

I have had time to recover from my surgery with the help of a tough, Russian-born gym instructor, who had his own experiences of knee surgery and knew exactly how to help me. I am hoping that I will still be able to remember all the exercises once I’m back home, but I owe him a lot and thank him for all his help.
