January 3 will be a significant date in the history of Stowe Family Law. On that day the firm opens its tenth office: in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. More information can be found at http://www.stowefamilylaw.co.uk/family-solicitors-tunbridge-wells/.
Just 40 miles from central London, this affluent commuter-belt town was once a popular spa whose visitors included members of the Royal Family, a fact memorialised in 1909 by Edward VII when he granted the Tunbridge Wells its cherished prefix. The Pantiles – a well-preserved Georgian colonnade in the town centre – remains a much admired tourist attraction.
Stowe Family Law Tunbridge Wells will be just a short walk from both the Pantiles and the train station, making it easily accessible to clients across the south-east.
The new office has been placed in the capable hands of Managing Partner Kate Rayner. Previously based at the firm’s Hale office, Kate is a very experienced family law specialist and is especially accomplished in the resolution of financial disputes of all kinds. She has been instructed by many high net worth individuals across her career. She is a Resolution-accredited specialist in both advanced financial issues and private children’s law.
Kate will be joined by Holly Lamb, previously based at the Stowe Family Law London office. Since completing her training in 2011, Holly has gained valuable experience across a range of family law issues, including financial settlements following divorce, prenuptial agreements and international child abduction. She has instructed by clients from as far afield as Finland, Dubai and the United States.
Stowe Family Law Senior Partner Marilyn Stowe said:
“It is a great pleasure to open our tenth office in Royal Tunbridge Wells. We have come a long way since I began my practice in 1982 from a converted cobbler’s shop in East Leeds, Yorkshire. I grew my firm from those humble beginnings because I did my very best for my clients and word spread. Over the years we have learned a great deal about the needs of our clients going through turbulent times and all of us ensure the same ethos that began back in the 80s, continues to this day.”
