Cohabitee disputes and trusts of land – a barrister’s perspective
Today our firm welcomed a talk about Cohabitee Disputes and Trusts of Land, given by barrister Sarah Harrison of Chancery House Chambers in Leeds. Sarah has handled a number of such cases for our clients and has come away with some excellent results.
Thanks to the marvels of modern technology all three of our offices benefited from her briefing and I thought her talk was straightforward and informative – on what is after all a very difficult subject matter. So much so I wanted blog readers, and in particular other family lawyers (or even future lawyers!), to benefit from her insights. Thanks must go to Sarah for very kindly giving her permission for it to be posted.
