Shana Tova: a happy and healthy New Year

In the brief lull between two complicated legal posts (which have been seriously taxing my brain for the last two days!) and as the Jewish New Year begins tonight, I can’t let the opportunity pass without wishing all my Jewish readers everywhere Shana Tova - Have a very happy and healthy New Year.

This is also a good opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to all readers worldwide for your fantastic support.

Please think of me tomorrow, entertaining fifteen of my family and friends at lunch. Those who know me and my non-existent cooking skills will be astonished. However like every good Jewish wife I’ve taken ages and ages over the menu…and called in the caterers!

I hope you all like the accompanying version of one of the New Year prayers, Avinu Malkeinu, sung by Barbra Streisand.
