		<description>=======================================================
Please…. He does not trust this woman he claims to have found happiness with nor does he trust himself to act beyond reproach. His relationship is doomed as his main concern is his money. Right?
========================================================

No, wrong, we all know that the divorce rate is sky high, people break up - it happens even when both pqarties try really hard, he is being sensible.

========================================================
Gentlemen, it’s time to be responsible for your actions. Do you have absolutly no faith in the courtS?? What advice would you give your daughters and grandchildren caught in this trap??
========================================================

Everybody is responsible for their actions, and you are correct we have zero faith in the courts now.- neither do women who are the main earner although they will at least still get custody of children in all probability.

My advice would be do not get married until pre-nups become enforceable, do not cohabit for any length of time until cohabitation agreements become enforceable as they will be applied retrospectively.

By the way, I think this guy in the story above would be vulnerable to a claim if he cohabits, she would probably claim that her lifestyle has been compromised and the judge will probably agree.</description>

		<description>Please.... He does not trust this woman he claims to have found happiness with nor does he trust himself to act beyond reproach. His relationship is doomed as his main concern is his money. Right? when the new laws come in is he going to break off his relationship or is he going to be more careful about his behaviour??

If he&#039;s going to split up with the present love of his life, we&#039;d better give him a head start...Somebody, anybody, Please PUSH THE BUTTON!!!
